Film Hot in Budapest

The temperature is rising and the streets are flowing with production crews in our fine capital city.  Budapest is the film hub of Central Europe and many fine Hollywood productions choose to shoot here.  In the last year we have had crews for Universal’s 47 Ronin, Paramount’s World War Z and 20th Century Fox’s A Good Day to Die Hard. Currently Brett Ratner is prepping his new pic Hercules for MGM-Paramount.  There is a growing trend for TV as well with the Showtime series The Borgias, NBCU’s Dracula and HBO’s Cold War thriller The Missionary. Hungary boasts excellent, talented crews, a competitive price advantage and first rate studio services and locations. (from Variety.com)
